APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION

Students must file an Application for Graduation early in the semester which they intend to graduate. Application for Graduation must be submitted in hard copy to the Office of Admissions & Records .
The application deadline is indicated on the Academic Calendar for each academic year. Failure to meet the deadline will delay a graduation one full cycle. Applications received after the deadline may not be accepted.

It is the student's responsibility to ensure that all graduation requirements are met:
• All degree requirements must be completed by the end of the semester in which the degree will be conferred 
• All financial obligations must be cleared by the published deadline 
• In the case that a student does not complete all degree requirements nor financial requirement by the posted deadlines, such student will be required to reapply for graduation the next semester
